In coordination and collaboration with the business segment IP managers support them on freedom-to-operate (F-t-O) searches and analyses, invalidity searches and analyses, white space searches and analyses, IP clauses, and agreements, particularly concerning all legal entities, intended commercialization, patent documents, and other IP rights in China.
3. In coordination and collaboration with the business segment IP managers, support them by acting as the interface between all legal entities in China, IP Management, and approved external IP service providers.
4. Specifically, bridging the communication and collaboration between technology, sales, and marketing personnel in China, management in China and Switzerland, and the approved external IP service providers on various activities such as patent filings and prosecution and F-t-O searches and analyses concerning technologies developed and/or commercialized in China.

1. Technical degree in mechanical engineering or other related engineering majors.
2. Advanced training in Intellectual Property.
3. Experience in IP management and as a patent engineer.
4. Written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
