You'll be leading the Appliances Division - Commercial and business developing endusers and channels

• Achieve and exceed his objectives including both sales and profitability by applying the sales & product strategy.

• Aggressive, self-driven and persistent in developing the business by increasing market share as well as new application segments through constant pipeline build up with assigned prospects.
• Develop new business as Total Available Market (TAM) through regular customer reviews to identify and conclude new solution opportunities as Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM).
• Manage the sales cycle of added value propositions (including professional services – training and consulting – and recurrent maintenance contracts) from lead to close.
• Develop account plans and build high level business relationship with targeted customers.
• Report regularly to the sales director for the status of the business and the progress made on action plans and initiatives.
• Work closely with the different teams (Management, marketing, pre-sales, customer success) to build and execute the subsidiary strategy.
• Accurately and timely maintenance in annual budget, monthly forecast, weekly report, salesforce as well any other reports
skills and experience required.
• At least 10 years of experience in components sales of high value solutions,
• A proven track record of sales career starting from the basic sales position.
• Technical acknowledge or relate job regarding gas valve and water valve background is preferred.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated people with quick learning skills
• First class communication and presentation skills
• Have a winner mentality.
• Proven ability to identify, develop and sell project opportunities.
• Comfortable talking to all level including top managers and leaders in organizations.
