Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Map out internal communication strategy for mainland China, based on the head office guidelines
- As the key driver to roll out initiated internal communication across the projects in different cities.
- As the key contact point for the across-functions internal communication projects
- Act as internal English read proof editor for team
Major Tasks and Activities:
- Internal stakeholder engagement, drive internal communication and act as the key contact point for the across-functions staff engagement by arranging actions, events and supporting materials, assisting staff briefing to promote internal stakeholders understanding and commitment ; Assist in the coordination and production of the Company’s employee newsletter, including conducting interviews, writing and editing news stories and organising photo/video shoots;
- Content Creation, Collate and summarize information for use in developing content and write first drafts of straight forward content for websites. Act as English editor for a diverse range of corporate collaterals, including speeches and corporate reports ;Job Descriptions produce content for and assist in the daily management of the company intranet
- Document Preparation, organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of computer applications such as Microsoft Office. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- University graduate or above, majoring in English Literature & Language or communication related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in similar role
- Excellent English-language writing, editing and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task at the same time, Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing appropriate plans or performing necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements
- Ability to cope with pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business awareness and a good knowledge of public relations
