You will be work with commercial export sales team, and directly report to the Commercial Director. It is an international team with different cultures and nationalities.
about the job.
- Market Research: Conduct market reseach to map out and develop the potential markets, opportunities, and new channels
- Channel Management: Strategic plan for different regions and channels; Identify the main route-to-market options per regio
- Product Management: liaise with different internal teams to develop product offering per channel
- Customer's Relationship: Manage each customer's portfolio (Product Range Management), update and maintain CRM (refer to Standard SKU lists, loading database, data on the server)
- Brand Management (Marketing): provide marketing supports to clients; internally liaise with marketing team to develop the standardized communication
- Customer Service Management (Internal): supervise Customer Service team; monitor pricing and service order; samples management etc.

skills and experience required.
- Bachelor degrees or above
- 5+ years working experience of business development and product management experience
- English can be used as a working language, and fluent Mandarin is a strong plus
- Experience with building materials (wood boards, foam boards) and/or cabinets and closets (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom) is strongly preferred
