1.Mainly responsible for the business of RBI (BK, Popeye's, Tim's) customers.
2.Take the initiative to communicate with customers, fully understand the real needs and changes of customers, and strengthen the cooperative relationship with customers.
3. Regular market visits and training to understand operational needs and pain points for equipment, to provide customers with total solutions to meet customer expectations and maximize opportunities for the company's products and services.
4.Understand and analyse the actual situation of customers, effectively control reasonable inventory and customer accounts receivable.
5.Understand the situation and changes of the market and competitive products, timely feedback to internal communicate, and give corresponding short-term plans and long-term strategies to confirm the completion of sales targets.
skills and experience required.
1.Bachelor degree or above, must be fluent in English reading, writing and communication skills.
2.More than 5 years working experience in chain store sales and customer management ability.
3. Food & beverage industry (or their suppliers) and food service (QSR) operation background. Hands-on understanding of key account management and initiating strategic growth plans of business development and sales.
4.To understand the development and operation of foodservice industry and have good relationship of chain customers, also know the information of competitors.
5.Have ability to develop new business, understand customer needs, bring new products to existing customers, or expand new customers, and increase sales profit for the team.
6. Strong leadership attributes who will build relationships throughout the organization and influencing to the customer. Be proactive, have professional ethics and team Work spirit.
