- Strategy & Execution Alignment: Define the AI transformation roadmap, bridging the gap between high-level AI strategy and technical realities across departments.
- Drive Implementation: Identify high-value AI use cases and lead the full lifecycle of AI initiatives from testing to full-scale deployment in engineering and manufacturing environments.
- Process Integration & SME Collaboration: Deeply understand operational processes and collaborate with domain experts (SMEs) to seamlessly embed AI technologies into existing workflows.
- Change Management & PMO: Lead the AI project portfolio (PMO) with strong execution discipline, driving cultural transformation and digital mindset adoption across the organization.
