• Organizing new AMS customer onboarding process with Service Manager
• Presales support to acquire new customer or customer contract renew
• Assign service manager for new AMS customer
• Dispatch unassigned tickets to consultants

• Monitoring service delivery, e.g. tickets, change request status and handling the escalation, ensure the service to be provided within SLA
• Regular team meeting/building
• UT/Revenue Forecast for AMS(except new AMS opportunities)
• Update CRs status in CRM
• AMS qualification (certification, ISO…)
• Improvement of delivery performance
• To determine the best technical solutions, configuration and project organization of the custome
技能和经验要求
• At least 10 years SAP professional experience, including 3+ years management experience
• At least 3 years SAP/IT or Product experience or several years industry experience / experience in the generic business field
• ITIL process in practice
• Deep knowledge of Syntax services of industry / of the generic division
• Well known the skills of team members
• Rich experience of moderator for meeting/presentation/workshop
• Good at MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Good command of verbal and writing English.
• Good personal quality, sincerity
• Computer science, technical, scientific or business-oriented bachelor/master
