    • Demonstrates a deep understanding of consumer insights, including consumer perceptions / attitudes, purchase / consumption and media consumption behavior. Constantly monitor the competitive environment, collect and analyze competitor information incl. prod ucts, pricing, activities dentifies insights, triggers / barriers to grow category and brands, comprehends competitive activities, business performance and key drivers
    • Effectively collaborate and coordinate with internal team and external team to ensure all projects related to the brand are delivered effectively.
    • Set clear priorities on brand/innovation projects with resource allocation.
    • Support and communicate with agency for Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plan development
    • Execute mark eting campaigns and analyze performance with aligned business goal and KPIs
    • Accountable for existing packaging design and execution and ensure fit withinoverall brand strategy and visual identity guideline
    • Coordinate and cooperate with media team in a ll aspects of advertising and media planning for the brand.
    • Contribute to agency management and evaluation process
    • Support budget management and take lead on internal expense process
    • Continuously seeks for new consumer insight and leverages to develo p the key message in relationship marketing materials.
    • Selects the right channels to reach target audience.
    • Clear understanding of all relevant Vitasoy policies, including Vitasoy compliance requirements and procedures.
