Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the Product-Oriented Creative Team (POD) and drive integrated marketing projects.

- Guide overall creative execution, encompassing multi-channel communications for the US/Western markets, including paid advertising, social media content, the official website, and email marketing.
- Identify trends, focus on core objectives, and create brand experiences that delight pet owners.
2. Empower team growth and foster a collaborative culture.
- Mentor junior team members in implementing excellent creative processes.
- Promote a bold, market-driven creative culture based on rapid iteration and agile execution.
3. Integrate cutting-edge tools and processes.
- Leverage AI creative tools and platforms like Figma to optimize internal processes, improve creative delivery efficiency, and support the scalable growth of the DTC pet tech business. 4. Drive Cross-Cultural Creative Development
- In China's high-performance environment, combine your understanding of American/Western pet culture to create authentic and empathetic creative content.
- Assist in optimizing the brand voice manual and driving consistent brand-driven content output.
5. Build Long-Term Impact
- Track the performance of the creative team (POD) and flexibly adjust strategies.
- Drive cross-departmental collaboration to achieve a unified and innovative brand expression across content, design, and production.
Qualifications:
1. Bilingual (native or near-native) in Chinese and English.
2. Based in the China office with a willingness to work in a hybrid environment (accepting approximately 40% travel for market research and team collaboration).
3. 7+ years of creative experience, including 2-3 years of management experience. Experience with direct-to-consumer brands is preferred, particularly in the pet or consumer electronics categories. Bonus Points:
