A leading global health and wellness technology brand is expanding into China, entering one of our most important 0-to-1 markets. Unlike other global markets where we already have brand recognition, China requires us to build product education, trust, and desire from the ground up. This role will be critical in building initiatives that directly move the business.
The Role
We're looking for a business-minded operator to help drive our next phase of growth in China. This is a high-ownership, generalist role: you'll lead cross-functional initiatives, turn data into decisions, and take new opportunities from 0 to 1 - with a strong bias toward initiatives that directly move the business. You'll work closely with the China Market Lead as a true right hand, owning execution end-to-end so the team can focus on the highest-impact bets.
What You'll Help Build
- End-to-end project and program management on cross-functional initiatives, including planning and executing on-the-ground growth initiatives across key cities.
- Demand-generation execution - community activations, brand partnerships, and creator/KOL collaborations - translated into measurable, repeatable playbooks.
- Customer discovery and cross-channel experimentation (events, partnerships, content) to identify what actually drives demand.
- Data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting to track performance and inform strategy.
- New go-to-market and partnership opportunities: scoping, ROI modeling, and 0-1 execution.
Immediate Projects to Tackle
- Customer discovery, planning and execution of offline events, and 0-to-1 innovative marketing initiatives.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Experience: 4-6 years across growth, business operations, or strategy, with a proven track record of owning a business outcome (revenue, growth, or P&L-adjacent metrics) - not just executing campaigns or projects. A background (5+ years) in integrated marketing, GTM, e-commerce, or strategic operations, along with experience executing offline events, is highly preferred.
Commercial Mindset: You think like an operator and a business owner: every initiative ties back to a measurable commercial result, and you can model the ROI before you execute.
0-1 Initiative: Experience taking projects from 0-1 with little oversight, and the ability to articulate the why and the how.
Analytical & Hands-on: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to synthesize complex data into decisions. Hands-on execution: you're equally comfortable building a model and being on the ground making things happen.
Communication: Fluent in Mandarin and English; exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
Drive: Hard-working and high-intensity, thriving in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
Industry Passion (Bonus): Genuine interest in fitness, health, tech, or the broader wellness space is a strong plus. Access to industry resources in sports or tech is highly advantageous.
