- Financial Strategy: Propose capital and dividend policy recommendations for opportunity value creation, design and manage strategies to explain the company's plan highlights and operating conditions to investors and the financial community
- Budget and Management Control: Coordinate the preparation of annual and monthly budgets, determine the main performance standards for each business unit, and evaluate the performance of business units with the CEO and department heads
- Financial Management: Ensure the completion of all external reports and the fulfillment of external obligations, establish control systems, ensure the safety of company property, manage the company's risk management program, etc.
skills and experience required.
- National undergraduate degree or above, finance-related major, more than ten years of work experience in corporate financial management, with CPA, senior accountant and other professional qualification certificates, financial analyst and other relevant qualifications preferred;
- Understanding of listing process and rules preferred;
- 2-3 strengths in budget, report, cost, taxation and other fields, especially tax planning and management experience;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong logic, good at dealing with complex situations, independent problem-solving ability, good self-motivation and teamwork spirit.
