- Lead private fundraising, cross-border M&A, and IPO preparation; expand global funding channels and optimize capital structure.
- Oversee global financial operations, establishing efficient comprehensive budgeting, tax planning, compliance, and risk control systems.
- Act as a core business partner, providing in-depth financial analysis and decision support for overseas project investments, pricing strategies, and complex business models.
skills and experience required.
- 10+ years of financial management experience; previous CFO/VP of Finance experience in MNCs, renewable energy, or high-tech sectors is preferred.
- Proven track record in leading major fundraising or IPOs, with strong networks and resources within investment communities and financial institutions.
- Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); familiar with tax/compliance policies and cross-border fund management in key overseas markets.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (business proficiency); possesses strong strategic commercial acumen, leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
