Job responsibilities/工作内容:
1. 独立完成模具成本核算，输出详细报价清单； 
Prepare detailed tooling cost breakdown and quotation. 
2. 独立进行产品前期分析、技术评审，输出DFM报告及Moldflow / Moldex 3D模流分析报告； 
Independently conduct early product analysis, technical review, and issue DFM and mold flow analysis reports (Moldflow / Moldex 3D). 
3. 负责新模具的3D设计、变更，2D工程图纸建立与尺寸修正，填写设计流程中的所有表单和记录； 
Responsible for 3D design and modifications of new molds, creation of 2D drawings, dimensional corrections, and completion of all design process records. 
4. 主导试模及量产过程中的技术问题分析与解决； 
Lead the analysis and resolution of technical issues during trial runs and mass production; 
5. 持续改进量产模具，提升良率与效率；  
Continuously improving mass production molds to enhance yield and efficiency. 
6. 为部门内部及外部相关部门提供专业技术培训； 
Provide professional technical training to internal and external department staff. 
7. 遵守公司规章制度，按时完成上级交办的其他任务； 
Comply with company policies and complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time. 

Qualification/任职资格:
1. 大专及以上学历，模具设计或机械相关专业； 
College degree or above, major in Mold Design or Mechanical Engineering. 
2. 15年以上塑胶模具设计经验
