Music Strategy Execution: Defining and executing the Music Strategy in China, as well as managing local artist relations for the Group.
Community Engagement: Leading local music community events and activations.
Partnerships: Identifying partnerships and high-profile local musician endorsement opportunities, from grassroots to major, that align with our brand positioning.
Relationship Management: Building and managing strong relationships across the music industry, including with artists, labels, venues, and producers.
Product Promotion: Promoting the amplifier category and supporting Musical Instruments (MI) product launch and promotions.
Seeding & Inventory: Managing MI seeding samples and the local translations process in the market.
Brand Advocacy: Managing all local brand activities, ensuring a seamless brand experience, and communicating brand values internally and externally.
Budgeting: Managing the marketing budget for culture and community programs.
skills and experience required.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in art, music, or community management, preferably in a Luxury/lifestyle/music brand.
Cultural Awareness: Acute awareness of music and culture trends in China.
Industry Ties: Strong ties within the music industry are essential.
Ambassador/Musician Background: Must be a guitarist/musician or have a strong background in guitar/amps.
Event Planning: Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and managing cultural projects, events, and community-focused marketing campaigns.
Language Skills: Great command of Chinese and English written and speaking skills.
