Manage Customer Demand Planning for assigned product portfolio. Conduct S&OP process aligned with global strategy.
KPIs : Forecast Attainment, Accuracy / Days Inventory On Hand / Excess Inventory / Customer Fill Rate.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Customer Demand Planning
Analyze and optimize demand forecast. Understand the source of demand as having alignment with sales, category and
marketing organization and initiatives.
Make demand forecast aligned to short term sales results and middle-long term company’s growth, as understanding
appropriate product portfolio, category, market analysis.
- Supply Planning
Analyze and optimize supply. Execute stable and efficient product supply through analyzing sales performance and
demand forecast. Work closely with sales, category and marketing teams on new product introduction process.
Analyze and minimize excess / IOS inventory thorough cooperation and relationship with finance and sales functions.
Key Competencies and Skills
- Data oriented, analytical and logical thinking
- Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
- SAP ECC, SCM / BI reporting knowledge and IT literacy with advanced MS office skills
- Experience in Kinaxis Maestro is preferred
Education and Experience requirements
- University / College graduated
- 5 year’s business, 3 year’s Supply Chain Demand / Supply Planning experience
- Business level English, fluency in written and spoken
