- Formulate Strategy & Product Design: Define and execute digital strategies,design digital products, and manage end-to-end product lifecycles.

skills and experience required.
- Education &Experience：Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience); 10+ years of industry experience with at least 5+ years in team management.
- Technical Expertise:：Deep knowledge of digital product development and operation; familiar with key enterprise applications in the Chinese mainland, including middleware, data platforms, PLS, JDE, PMS, POS, CRM, HR, OA, Microsoft tools, and Alibaba Cloud.
- AI & Innovation Mindset:：Strong understanding of AI technologies and their commercial applications; possesses a changemaker mindset driven to innovate and optimize processes.
- Stakeholder Management & Execution： Exceptional project management, analytical, and relationship-building skills; able to translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions and gain alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Business Acumen &： Leadership: Strong business, market, and financial acumen combined with decisive, timely decision-making to advance organizational goals.
- Language Proficiency:：Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
