Responsibilities:

1. Represent OHSE duties to the Plant Committee, and follow the Key Performance Indicators, as well as define improvement programs to meet local and corporate objectives.
2. Lead implementation of Corporate OHSE Management Systems and local procedures and instructions.
3. Plan the identification and the assessment of environmental aspects and hazards.
4. Lead and deploy emergency response.
5. Lead the root-cause analysis of incidents and their corrective measures.
6. Lead internal, legal and certification audits, including interested parties' requirements, as well as the corrective-action plans.
7. Lead risks and opportunities analysis with preventive criteria.
8. Define and lead awareness campaigns to improve environmental performance and safety behavior.
9. Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 5 years' relevant working experience in similar position
2. Fluent English skills (spoken & written)
    
3. Familiar with Chinese safety and environment laws & regulations
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills
