Responsibilities
Core System Engineering: Architect and develop mission-critical Order & Position Management Systems (OMS/PMS) that handle millions of transactions.
Product Innovation: Design solutions for complex financial instruments, including Spot and diverse Derivatives products.
Extreme Performance: Optimize trading architecture for ultra-low latency, high availability, and scalability using cutting-edge Java techniques.
Risk & Strategy: Build robust risk management platforms and infrastructure for automated trading strategies.
Skills & Experience Required
Engineering Foundation: Solid STEM education with strong logical thinking and algorithmic skills.
Java Mastery: Deep expertise in high-performance Java, async programming, and JVM tuning.
System Architecture: Proven experience with distributed systems, microservices, and high-concurrency environments.
Domain Passion: Strong interest or experience in financial trading (Crypto/Traditional markets). Knowledge of derivatives (Futures, Options) is a strong plus.
Engineering Best Practices: Committed to CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality.
Communication: Fluent in English (Professional working proficiency).
