● Documentation & TrTraining: Review and improve SOPs, process flflows, and management documents; manageprocess validation, change control, and deviation handling.
● TeTeam Leadership: Supupervise and mentor sububordinate managers; maintain a pulse on fifield dynamics and key data.
● Resource Management: Manage fafactory ry materials and equipment to ensure a smooth supupply chain and suffffificientresources.
● Cost Optimization: Control produduction costs and optimize resource allocation to maximize economic benefifit.
● Maintenance: Organize equipment maintenance and upupkeep to ensure continuity and quality stability.
● PMC Execution: Compile and execute produduction and material plans to ensure timely delivery ry of orders.
● Shop Floor Excellence: Optimize onsite management (6S) and create an effffificient, orderly work environment.
● Communication: Chair produduction and quality meetings; ensure closed-loop problem solving across departments.
● Perfoformance & Compliance: Supupervise employee assessments, process controls, quality fofollow-upups, 6S, andequipment calibration.
● Culture Building: Foster a positive corprporate cultuture and drive team enthusiasm fofor organizational growth.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree or above (any majajor); experience in foforeign-invested enterprprises is highly prefeferrrred.
● 10+ years of manufafactuturing management experience specififically in the Automotive Parts indudustryry.
● Deep knknowledge of produduction processes, onsite management, and problem-solving.
● Mastery ry of produduction cost control and quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATATF 16949).
● Exceptional organizational, coordination, and planning skills; strong cross-departmental inflfluence.
● High integrity, y, strong execution, pragmatic work style, and a deep sense of responsibility and risk awareness.
