1. Use quantitative analysis methods to drive data-based decision making.
2. Design and optimize risk strategies for loan customers by analyzing multi-dimensional data, including approval/decline strategies, credit line assignment, and risk-based pricing strategies.
3. Work closely with statistical modeling teams, product & operations teams, and IT teams to implement strategies.
4. Track the entire loan product process, utilizing data analysis to improve all aspects including front-end traffic, operations, and risk management.

 

skills and experience required.

1. Full-time undergraduate degree (211 or above) is required, with preference given to majors in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance or related fields.

2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis and mining in internet industry, or strategy analysis/formulation in financial sector.

3. Proficient in common office software (Excel, PowerPoint), with strong SQL skills. Candidates with mature Python or R programming skills will be given priority.

4. Excellent communication skills, learning ability and team spirit required.

5. Must demonstrate strong desire for self-improvement, innovative/ entrepreneurial mindset, and eagerness to grow and create value in a fast-paced startup environment.
