- inancial Operations & FP&A: Lead divisional budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis (FP&A); act as a business partner to support key operational decisions.
- Capital & Tax Management: Oversee treasury operations, investment/financing activities, and capital structure optimization; manage tax planning and risk control systems.
- Internal Control & Compliance: Establish and improve financial policies, internal control systems, and audit processes to ensure compliance and asset security.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead and develop the finance team; maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders (banks, tax authorities, government bodies).
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- 8+ years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role; experience in a large group or diversified business environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PRC finance/tax regulations; proven skills in financial analysis, treasury management, and risk control.
- (Preferred) CPC membership is a plus.
