About the Role
Lead our China manufacturing and project delivery hub, driving excellence in custom aquarium systems production and specialty construction. You’ll bridge Global HQ standards with China execution, ensuring world-class quality for global clients (zoos, theme parks, luxury resorts).

1. Operations & P&L Leadership
Oversee end-to-end operations: Manufacturing (60%) + Construction/EPC (40%)
Manage 200+ local teams across production, engineering, quality control, and site deployment.
Deliver on-time, on-budget projects (aquarium tanks, life support systems, themed builds).
2. Quality & Compliance
Ensure manufacturing outputs meet exact HQ specifications (pressure vessels, acrylic structures).
Enforce global standards: ANSI/ASME, ISO 9001, construction safety protocols.
Supervise QC processes to eliminate defects in custom components.
3. Cross-Cultural Team Bridge
Translate Global HQ strategy into actionable plans for China teams.
Motivate local talent while upholding Western quality/process disciplines.
4. Client & Project Excellence
Ensure customer satisfaction: Tailor solutions for unique aquarium projects.
Lead complex EPC projects (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) from blueprint to installation.
Qualifications We Need
1. 10+ years in manufacturing leadership (precision engineering, custom fabrication, or industrial equipment).
2. 5+ years in construction/EPC project management (theme parks, architectural builds, or heavy engineering).
3. Fluent English + Mandarin (written/spoken).
4. Leadership style: Firm on standards, empowering with local teams.
5. Problem-solving under high pressure (e.g., project delays, quality issues).
