About the Job
- Strategic Growth & Innovation: You will drive "Perfect Execution" across all channels, with a heavy focus on digital commerce transformation for major brands in China and top global markets.
- Dual Portfolio Responsibility: The role is split between accelerating China-specific strategic customer management (50%) and leading global digital commerce capabilities and performance (50%)

Skills and Experience Required
- Global Mindset & Market Expertise: Proven experience in global organizations and a deep understanding of the Douyin operating model, alongside experience in other platforms or markets like Southeast Asia and India.
- Commercial & Category Leadership: Extensive background in customer-facing roles, including leading category growth strategies and translating them into operational execution.
- Digital & Analytics Fluency: Ability to quickly interpret platform analytics into actionable plans and transform complex data into compelling storytelling.
- Transformation Capabilities: Experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Shopper Marketing to design tools that optimize instore and online execution.
- Leadership Presence: A proactive, challenger mindset with the confidence to simplify complex concepts in boardroom situations and drive change through lateral influence.
