1.Act as a key HRIT owner for Workday, covering modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Talent,Compensation, Payroll interfaces, or Integrations.
2.Manage end-to-end HRIS lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, configuration,testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.

3.Ensure system stability, data accuracy, security, and compliance with global and local requirements.
4.Participate in or lead global / regional projects, including system rollouts, enhancements,country onboarding, and process standardization.
5. Coordinate with global HR, local HR teams, IT, and external vendors (AMS / implementation partners).
6.Support change management, communication, and adoption activities across regions.
7.Serve as a bridge between HR, IT, and business users, translating business needs into system solutions.
8.Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and design discussions with global and local stakeholders.
9.Clearly communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to leadership and project teams.
10.Manage incidents, change requests (CR), and service requests (SR) in collaboration with AMS or internal IT teams.
11.Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes through system capabilities, automation, and best practices.
12.Support audits, data governance, and reporting requirements.
技能和经验要求
1.(Must) Fluent in spoken/written English (CET6 / TOEIC 800 and above)
2.(Preferred) Fluent in spoken/written Japanese (JLPT N2 and above)
Experience
3.(Must) 5+ years of experience in HRIS / HRIT roles, with strong focus on Workday or similar enterprise core HCM platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
4.(Must) Proven experience in global or multi-country HRIS projects (implementation, rollout, or optimization).
5.(Must) Hands-on experience with UAT coordination, requirements documentation, and vendor management.
6.(Must) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/HR Management, or a related field.
7.(Preferred) Hand-on experience in consulting company to lead or participate Workday 0-1 implementation projects.
8.(Preferred) Workday Certifications in any of the modules: Core HCM / Integration / Recruiting /Talent Personality
