Responsibility
- The Site Director provide governance to the site, take responsibility of the full compliance, safety, quality, investment, revenue, and profitability by year over year CapEx and expense budget & execution.
- Over sees the day-to-day operations of one of manufacturing site in Semiconductor business unit, reporting to Senior Director of Asia Manufacturing.
- Direct reports include Wafer Fab Operation, Backend Assembly Operation, Engineering, Facility, EHS, Lean & Six Sigma.
- Full responsibility of the site, include full compliance, safety, quality, investment, revenue, and profitability by year over year Capex and expense budget & execution.
- Governance the site to ensure full compliance to law and regulation, high ethic and safety free organization and manufacturing.
- Coordinate strategic Capex planning to support business with expected profitability.
- Budget and execute volume and expense planning to ensure Manufacturing are running with expectation.
- Develop solid team with proper succession planning, facilitate the training of all manufacturing team members, includes leadership development, production procedures, and more importantly safety training.
- Drive continues improvement for productivity, Yield and cost reductions. Interface with Peer groups on changes on Customer Demand, mix and new Product.
Requirement
- 16 years in MNC manufacturing, Semi, Solar, LED industry will be preferred, and minimum of 5 years in senior Operational position
- High standard on code of conduct, working ethics, conduct business with non-compromised integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Excellent presentation skills in English
- Lean & Six-sigma certified preferred.
