工作职责：1、负责压铸工艺参数的设定、优化及现场调试，解决生产过程中的技术难点，提升产品合格率；2、参与压铸模具的设计评审、移交及试模工作，针对铸造缺陷提出有效的改进方案；3、编制工艺指导书等技术文档，负责生产现场的技术培训，持续推动工艺降本与效率提升。任职资格：1、机械设计、材料加工或模具相关专业背景，具3年以上压铸行业现场工艺经验；2、精通铝/镁合金压铸工艺及模具结构，熟练运用CAD、UG或Magma等模流分析软件；3、具备较强的逻辑分析与故障处理能力，能承受生产一线压力，具备良好的团队沟通力。
