1.Design and develop automotive electronic hardware, including power supply, MCU, CAN/LIN, and digital/analog circuits to Driver DC /BDLC Motor.

2.Perform EMC/EMI design and support issue analysis and corrective actions
3.Prepare hardware design documents according to Automotive SPICE, including DFMEA and worst‑case analysis
4.Define and execute hardware validation plans; track test progress and support issue resolution
5.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
2.8+ years of hardware development experience, with at least 3 years in automotive electronics
3.Solid knowledge of power electronics, MCU-based systems, CAN/LIN, and analog/digital circuit design
4.Experience in EMC design and hardware validation/testing
5.Familiar with DFMEA, worst‑case calculation, and Automotive SPICE workflow
6.Able to create test plans and manage verification activities
7.Workable English communication skills。
