• Partner with BU leaders to provide financial insights, design actionable solutions, and drive implementation for business decisions.

• Oversee process approvals, identify risks, optimize policies, and enhance system automation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; 3+ years in manufacturing industries.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience with expertise in FP&A, budgeting, and modeling.
