Operational Ownership: Assume full accountability for end-to-end performance across our 4PL, warehousing, and freight forwarding operations in China.
Financial Stewardship: Take direct P&L accountability, focusing on cost control, productivity, and margin improvement across the China footprint.
Execution Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure reliable service delivery and the disciplined execution of standard operating procedures.
Performance Governance: Define and monitor core operational KPIs relating to service quality, cost-efficiency, and productivity.
Continuous Improvement: Partner with global teams to drive process standardization, simplification, and error reduction initiatives.
Risk & Compliance: Establish quality assurance standards and ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.

Professional Experience: 15–20+ years of experience in freight forwarding and supply chain operations, specifically with strong exposure to 4PL and ocean freight.
Leadership Background: Proven track record in senior leadership roles within medium to large international logistics firms, managing large, complex operational teams.
Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ownership of budgets and a data-driven approach to financial and operational decision-making.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the China logistics landscape and international shipping markets.
Strategic Discipline: Strong execution discipline combined with the strategic judgment necessary to lead cross-functional stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
