Job Responsibilities:
PRE SEASON: BUYING SUPPORT
1. OTB and buying framework including product line mix, depth per sku, size ratio.
2. Inventory rolling fcst for buying preparation.
3. Work closely with planning team for data collection and analysis.
IN SEASON: sell-thru success

4. Identify the business opportunities based on sell through analysis from different angles.
5. Drive key initiative according to the buying strategy.
6. Monitor the sell thru performance, clarify action suggestion and risk alarm.
7. Local consumer insights analysis and feedback.
Needed Competencies:
1. Skilled in merchandising, buying, planning.
2. Hard worker, willing to work for results, not time.
3. Strong data analysis skills.
