岗位职责：
 -Focus on assembly lines production: including assembly process performance, assembly issues trouble 
shooting and tracking, like as assembly, laser welding, DMC laser marking/printing...etc. 
- 聚焦装配产线生产表现，具体问题解决以及问题持续跟踪关闭，包括装配工艺，激光焊接，激光打码、喷码
等。
- Initiation of assembly lines related documentation, update & following up. 
建立装配线相关流程文件以及更新与跟踪。
- Implementation of assembly line potential risk analysis, continuous improvement study of assembly process 
reliability and production output effectiveness. (OEE）. 
执行装配产线的风险分析，持续改善提高装配流程的稳定性和产能（OEE）。
- Support with cross functions on assembly lines issues root cause analysis and corrective action plan. 
支持相关部门的问题根源分析以及纠正行动计划工作。
- Involvement in new assembly lines layout design planning, support in new machine set up and following up, 
machine training and new products trail run. 
参与新设备布局设计以及安装调试跟踪，培训与新产品试生产过程工作。
- Assembly lines assembly process parameters control and tracking on for history log. 
装配产线参数管理，以及历史记录跟踪管理。
- Production training 
生产培训。

-College or above, industrial manufacturing and related majors are preferred  ...
