Key Responsibilities
1. Lead or assist in the end-to-end fundraising process for RMB and USD funds. Actively expand and maintain a strong network of institutional LPs, including Government Guidance Funds, SOE platforms, Insurance Companies, FOFs, Listed Companies, and Family Offices.
2. Prepare and update high-quality fundraising materials. Coordinate LP due diligence processes, manage data rooms, and address technical queries from prospective LPs efficiently.
3. Manage ongoing LP relations and post-investment servicing. Prepare quarterly/annual LP reports and organize Fund Annual General Meetings. Coordinate LP co-investment requests and ensure full compliance with regulatory and reporting standards.
Requirements
1. Bachelor\s degree or above from a top-tier domestic or overseas university (Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Law preferred). 7-10 years of experience in PE/VC IR.
2. Solid track record of fund raising experience and solid client base (especially strong relationship with major family offices).
3. Experienced in covering both USD and RMB funds.
