4. System process optimization and improvement, including communication with finance, business, and sales departments
技能和经验要求
1. At least 3 years of knowledge in shipping agency systems, or at least 3 years of work experience in a shipping company
2. Understand the specifications of data related to storage yards and docks, as well as how to transmit it, and knowledge of business processes
3. Understand the container MOOV management system, how to manage and operate it
4. Understand how yard fees, loading and unloading ship fees are calculated, and the cost calculation process related to shipping companies and ports
5. Be familiar with how to interface with commonly used EDI protocols and how the process flows, such as the CODECO protocol
6. Fluent English communication skills
7. Strong ability to communicate under pressure
