- Direct and manage the IT team, covering internal and external resource on development and rollout IT Projects during construction and pre-opening phases.
- Develop and implement short and long-term strategies for multiple IT lines to achieve strategic goals and maximize sales and profit objectives to support company’s transition from construction to operation.
- Spearhead IT initiatives for the pre-opening phase, including digital strategies and IT engagement frameworks, ensuring seamless transition into the operational period.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, implementation, and management of information systems tailored to each phase of the project.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Computer Science related, with solid experience in enterprise information construction both theoretically and practically.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in information construction for large groups, experience in company-level project with strong planning and analysis capabilities.
- Experience in management of large- scale software project such as ERP, CRM, etc.
- Proficient in digital management and related tools, with a proven track record to lead process construction, training, rollout, implementation, audit, and optimization in business areas
