• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; 8+ years of experience managing large IT projects (ERP/SAP/CRM/O2O) and infrastructure, with fashion or retail industry background preferred.
• Technical & Domain Expertise: Full-scope experience in managing physical/virtual IT infrastructure and applications, backed by a proven track record of 0-to-1 ERP implementation and front-to-back transaction flow knowledge.
• Governance & Problem-Solving: High awareness of risk and control in regulated environments, combined with solution-driven and creative approaches to technical challenges.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-city teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders effectively without direct authority.
