1.Define and own the smartMOOV product roadmap, aligning it with MOOV’s logistics vision and client needs
2.Act as the bridge between the external stakeholders, the developer team and the Operations team to gather and prioritize requirements
3.Align customer requirements for smartMOOV with business departments and assess the feasibility of the technical solutions

4.Attend meetings with oversea clients to understand and discuss client requirements and integrations (facing both business units and IT departments)
5.Design prototypes with mock-up tools and ensure the solution adheres to logistics standards (e.g. EDI, data security)
6.Create and monitor implementation/go-live plans with close communication
7.Proactively explore business needs and pain points for clients, propose reasonable improvements in smartMOOV
8.Verify and test newly developed functions or features of smartMOOV before implementation
9.Provide training to external/internal users (videos, live demo) and create training material
10.Align the market positioning and pricing model of smartMOOV with Solutions, Sales and Marketing teams
技能和经验要求
1.With over 5 years of experience in product management/product ownership, and priority will be given to those with relevant experience in logistics industry IT systems (such as 4PL, supply chain management systems)
2.Deeply rooted in the logistics industry, familiar with the entire logistics process (such as transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, supply chain collaboration, etc.) and underlying operation logic, and aware of industry peers' dynamics
3.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to seamlessly communicate with overseas clients and partners (including business and IT communication scenarios)
4.Excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills, capable of efficiently connecting with the IT team, business departments and external clients, and clearly conveying requirements and technical logic
5.Experience in system promotion or commercialization, able to promote the application and popularization of self-developed systems among clients
6.Proficiency in prototyping tools (such as Figma, Axure, etc.), and priority will be given to those familiar with logistics industry technical standards (such as EDI, data security specifications).
