skills and experience required.

• Bachelor’s degree or above，"Big 4" accounting firm experience is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CIA are a strong plus.
• Exceptional logical thinking, strong cross-functional influence, and high leadership potential.
