4. Responsible for laboratory daily quality management, internal anomaly follow-up work.
5. Maintain all lab equipment, jigs and fixtures in good condition for daily operation.
6.Responsible for formulating training and development plan for measuring room staff, and organizing and implementing various training projects.
7. Organize the daily management of measurement and reliability, guide and supervise and train subordinates, improve the operation efficiency of the department and improve the quality of staff.
8. Responsible for the task allocation, guidance, training, supervision, assessment, reward and punishment and personnel deployment of the department staff.
9. Responsible for other work assigned by the leader.
Expert Knowledge and Professional Skills:
1. Document writing and communication skills: document writing ability is strong, good writing; Excellent presentation and communication skills;
2. Famliar with reliablity test standard;
3. 8 years of working experineces in the same role. with the accessories of consumer electronic products (such as mobile phone case, tablet cover, laptop backpack) and other relevant industry working experience is preferred;
4. Work proactively, good teamwork and organizational leadership skills;
5. Charming management, good organization & coordination skills;
6. Ability to build efficient team and develop subordinates and others.
