Major Responsibility:
1.Responsible for process engineering team management, staff guidance and development, performance assessment, incentive, etc

2.Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to resolve complex production issues related to process, tooling and equipment
3.Identifying, lead, and champion continuous improvement initiatives
4.Act as the manufacturing leader for new products or localization projects, ensuring product realization with reasonable cost
5.Analyze production data, downtime reports, and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
6.Support R&D new products development
7.Support technical and manufacturing related training for all staff.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related, foreign company working experience
2.5+ Machining process, assembly experience, gear related is plus
3.More than 5 years process leader experience in machining industry
4.Familiar with Lean, TPM, quality management tools
5.Good team work and team management skills
6.Good analytical, discernment and problem solving skills
7.High stress tolerance, good self - motivation and result oriented
8.Fluent in spoken and written English
9.Be familiar with ISO9001. Ability to assess risk and opportunity identification
