This role focuses on driving the marketing excellence for specific product categories:
- Product Marketing: Translate technical innovation into compelling consumer-facing stories.
- Campaign Orchestration: Design and execute 360-degree brand campaigns that bridge performance and lifestyle.
- Market Positioning: Analyze market trends to ensure the brand remains the undisputed leader in its categories.
- Cross-functional Synergy: Work closely with commercial and product teams to ensure a unified brand presence.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience: 6+ years of brand marketing experience.
- Industry Background: Direct experience in the Sports/Outdoor industry is preferred. We also highly value candidates from Premium Fashion or Beauty backgrounds with a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Mindset: A strategic thinker who is also hands-on in execution.
- Passion: A genuine interest in outdoor sports or an active lifestyle is a significant plus.
