- Track submission deadlines for legal directories and awards , and prepare award submissions.
- Update and maintain marketing materials, including the firm's deal list, brochures, lawyer profiles, and both English and Chinese websites.
- Assist in preparing pitch documents and capability statements in both English and Chinese.
- Manage and update key databases, including membership lists, client contacts, mailing lists, and the deals database.
- Coordinate all aspects of client-facing events, presentations, and webinars, from managing suppliers and invitations to post-event feedback reports and ROI analysis.
- Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, editorials, and articles for the Hong Kong and Shanghai offices.
- Develop and schedule social media plans and content for the Asian market, including WeChat.
- Communicate with external agencies regarding SEO and digital marketing activities , and generate performance reports for the Chinese website and WeChat.
- Conduct competitor analysis and prepare relevant reports.
- Support logistics and documentation for business development trips.
- Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with HR.
- Ensure consistent branding, imagery, and key messaging across all platforms.
 
skills and experience required.
- At least a bachelor's degree.
- 2-3 years of marketing and BD experience in a professional firm. Law firm experience is a plus.
- Excellent proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
- A proactive professional who is comfortable sharing new ideas and stays updated with market trends.
- High level of attention to detail, particularly in copywriting and written communications.
- Ability to communicate confidently within the organization and with external vendors and clients.
- A collaborative team player with experience working in a global business environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, including social media and SEO.
