You will directly report to the marketing head, a lead a team of people. You will interact closely with Sales and R&D team.

1. New Product Development:
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights gathering to identify unmet needs, market gaps, and emerging trends.
- Concept Generation: Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Product Development teams to translate consumer insights into viable new product concepts.
- Value Proposition & Positioning: Define compelling product value propositions, unique selling points (USPs), and market positioning for new offerings.
- Business Case Development: Contribute to the development of business cases for new products, including market sizing, sales forecasts, and financial projections.
- Consumer Validation: Plan and execute consumer testing and feedback loops during the product development phase to ensure market fit and appeal.
2. Marketing Campaign Management (Online & Offline):
- Integrated Campaign Planning: Develop, plan, and execute innovative and integrated marketing campaigns across a mix of online and offline channels.
- Digital Marketing:
- SEO/SEM: Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
- Social Media: Develop and manage social media content strategies, community engagement, and paid social campaigns.
- Content Marketing: Create and manage engaging content (e.g., blog posts, articles, videos, infographics) that educates, entertains, and converts.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Performance Marketing: Manage performance marketing initiatives (e.g., paid ads on various platforms) with a focus on ROI and conversion optimization.
- E-commerce Support: Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimize product listings, promotions, and user experience on online retail platforms.
- Offline Marketing:
- Events & Activations: Plan and execute consumer events, trade shows, in-store promotions, and experiential marketing activations.
- Traditional Media: Manage traditional advertising channels such as print, radio, and OOH (Out-of-Home) where relevant.
- PR & Media Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage and brand mentions.
- Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to extend brand reach and create co-marketing opportunities.
3. Branding & Brand Management:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and communications.
- Brand Guidelines: Enforce brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity and a cohesive visual and verbal identity.
- Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand.
- Brand Health Monitoring: Monitor brand perception, awareness, and equity through market research and consumer feedback.
4. Audience Targeting & Market Segmentation:
- Target Audience Definition: Clearly define and segment target audiences based on demographics, psychographics, behaviors, and needs.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Map out customer journeys to identify key touchpoints and optimize marketing efforts at each stage.
- Personalization: Implement strategies for personalized marketing communications to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Utilize data analytics to understand audience behavior, track campaign performance, and continually optimize targeting and messaging.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization:
- KPI Definition: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities and track progress against goals.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, generate comprehensive reports, and provide actionable insights.
- ROI Measurement: Measure and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives, demonstrating their impact on business growth.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 10 years of progressive experience in end-to-end marketing roles, preferably within the FMCG, Food & Beverage industry
- Proven experience in successful new product launches and marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- More than 3 years of leadership experience in relevant roles.
- English and Mandarin can be used as working language.
