Responsiblity

- To be responsible for procurement management to ensure all the parts on time delivery for production needs; no line down risk
- To be responsible for production planning management to ensure the on time completion of production
- Inventory reduction
- To drive VMI/JIT penetration to control parts inventory to a reasonable level
- To communicate with supplier about forecast, supplier performance, quality to ensure the required supplier performance.
- To be responsible for warehouse management to ensure FIFO and stock accuracy
- To be responsible for logistics manager to ensure on time delivery for customer, and logistics cost reduction annually.
- Supervision & coaching team consisting of buyers and production planners & logistics and warehouse staffs
- In compliance with China customs policies and regulations. Double check all the shipping documentation are fully compliance, make sure logistics functions are well executed.

Requirement 
- Bachelor degree or above
- Min 10 years procurement and production planning working experience in foreign company
- At least 5 years management experience- ERP experience ...
