1.Team setup, define clear responsibility of the team members and continuous improvement.
2.Competence improvement of team member and career development
3.Target setting and performance management
4.Yearly planning of MFE team, e.g.
5.HC planning, shift planning and business planning,

6.Cost reduction project planning
7.Quality competition, CIP and I4.0 project planning
8.Creation of BP, EVOB and CF for Pooling cost centers and support planning of others.
9.Productivity improvement
10.Improve equipment utilization and IDC of production line together.
11.Participate daily Q-base meeting when necessary.
12.Close cooperation with function team.
13.Lead and responsible for overall planning and effective execution of TPM in production line.
14.Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumable parts of production line.
15.On-call to support production if necessary.
16.Owner of Equipment 5S and safety issue.
Qualifications
1.University, major in mechanical or electrical.master's degree or above
2.Not less than 7 years experience in electronic or mechanical industries.
3.Not less than 5 years management experience.
4.Good cooperation, ability to influence and motivation.
