-Practice Leadership & Expansion: Originate, develop, and retain a high-quality client portfolio within the antitrust/competition law sector, maximizing revenue and building sustainable client relationships.
-Strategic Case Management: Direct and oversee complex antitrust matters, including anti-monopoly filings, compliance audits, government investigations, and civil antitrust litigations, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
-Team Building & Mentorship: Recruit, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of antitrust associates and economic analysts, optimizing internal resources and fostering professional growth.
-Firm Development: Participate in the firm's strategic planning, champion cross-practice collaboration, and enhance the firm's professional reputation through thought leadership and industry networking.
[Qualifications]
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or above from a prestigious law school with an active PRC bar license. Advanced degrees (LL.M./Ph.D.) focusing on competition law or economics are highly preferred.
-Experience: 7 to 12 years of specialized experience in antitrust and competition law at top-tier law firms or specialized boutique practices, demonstrating a solid track record of successful case outcomes.
