Main responsibilities :
- Plans and directs the supervision of the employees and activities of production and set-up personnel to ensure prompt and accurate response to the production schedule with minimal downtime, always maintaining open communication with other departments for maximum efficiency.
- Reviews and analyzes production, quality, maintenance, and other appropriate operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications and / or operational or production problems.
- Oversees the selection of personnel, manpower planning and development, safety training and hazardous communications.
- Ensures that appropriate training programs are available and that all operating personnel are trained and qualified in their positions.
- Ensures all manufacturing equipment/tools is maintained at a level of capability sufficient to meet customer demands.
- Promotes harmony in the workforce through good and open communication; fair; consistent and respectful treatment while maintaining discipline within the department. Disciplinary action shall be administered in accordance with established company procedure.
- Warehouse/logistic management and improvement.
- Responsible for the dept. budget planning.
- Maintains cross-functional dialog and communications with external customers/vendors.
- Other duties as assigned.
Profile Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree
- 5 plus years related experience including progressive management experience
- Understand the laws and regulations related to the work, and be able to work within the scope of legal compliance.
- According to the characteristics of the team, able to allocate tasks in a positive way and make every effort to ensure the achievement of the goal. able to take certain incentive measures to improve the enthusiasm of the team and concentrate the team strength to the greatest extent while paying attention to the team's work results
