Job responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the Intelligent Cockpit product family, from concept through implementation, planning, and release, including feature definitions, portfolio strategy, and roadmap development.
- Capture the voice of the customer through direct engagement, structured feedback loops, and market research to inform product direction and innovation.
- Define and deploy end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market conditions.
- Collaborate closely with business development, sales, and customer teams to integrate customer insights and forward-looking strategies into product planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in product management, program management, sales, or account management—preferably within the automotive business related.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Fluent English.
