- Market Research and Trend Analysis: Closely monitor the dynamics of the women's footwear market, collect and analyze user feedback, and gain insights into cutting-edge market and technological trends to provide strong support for product development. Regularly produce detailed market research reports to accurately grasp changes in market demand.
- Product Planning and Development: Collaborate closely with designers to translate market trends into specific product design directions, ensuring that products meet user needs in terms of style, material, and craftsmanship. Control the progress of product development, coordinate with technical and supply chain teams, and efficiently complete the entire process from product design to mass production.
- Product Optimization: Continuously optimize and iterate existing products based on user feedback and market data. skills and experience required.
