Job Responsibilities:

1. Build and Develop a Skilled Team.
2. Oversee the complete product lifecycle, emphasizing design choices that maintain cost-effectiveness, adaptability, and market relevance over time.
3. Work closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Quality, Operations, and Purchasing to ensure technical solutions support broader business strategies and customer requirements.
4. Identify and proactively manage both technical and business risks, from design challenges to supply chain 
   vulnerabilities, to ensure that projects proceed smoothly and meet financial goals.
5. Act as a mentor, guiding team members to consider the broader implications of technical decisions, such as market positioning, cost-efficiency, and Product life cycle management.
6. Maintain Strong Supplier and Partner Relationships 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Electronic Engineering, Electronics, Computer science, Physics or related fields.
2. Strong understanding of digital design principles, ASIC design methodologies, Physical design and verification.
3. Minimum of 10 yeas experience in the semiconductor industry.
4. Fluent English.
5. Have team management experience.
6. Significant experience in analog/ mixed signal IC design.
