Responsibilities
- Base Business Marketing Strategy Develop and execute annual marketing strategies for our existing product portfolio. Define clear positioning and messaging that drive engagement, align with brand and growth objectives, and resonate with pet owners.
- Evergreen & Seasonal Campaign Management Plan and execute brand-forward evergreen and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with the DTC team, optimizing for awareness, consideration, and retention across digital channels.
- Sales Enablement Create compelling collateral and tools to support our online and offline sales channels, including decks, product sheets, FAQs, and marketing assets, tailored to consumer and retail needs.
- Consumer & Competitive Insights Conduct market and customer research to uncover behavioral trends, identify messaging opportunities, and monitor the evolving competitive landscape in pet tech.
- Global Asset Localization Adapt marketing assets and messaging for international markets, ensuring cultural and language alignment for key regions.
- Campaign Performance & Optimization Analyze performance across campaigns and channels to identify insights, optimize messaging, and continuously improve ROI and brand impact.
- Budget Stewardship Manage the base business marketing budget responsibly, prioritizing high-impact activities that support brand growth and business outcomes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with specific experience in fast growing U.S., direct-to-consumer brands is an advantage.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- Pet/tech enthusiast 5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
